The Hardy Boyz make WWE in-ring return after 5 years

Inside: Finn Balor drops major hint about WWE character change

TOP STORIES TODAY

The Hardy Boyz made their return to WWE on the latest episode of NXT. This was their first time having a match on the developmental brand.

The last time Matt and Jeff Hardy competed in a televised tag team match in WWE was on the April 30, 2019, episode of SmackDown. The former parted ways with the company the following year and went to AEW while the latter joined him in 2021. Both stars are signed to TNA currently. Since the promotion has a working relationship with WWE, The Hardy Boyz were able to compete on NXT this week. They collided with Myles Borne and Tavion Heights of No Quarter Catch Crew.

The Wiseman shared a video of Roman Reigns reacting to his rating in the upcoming video game on his Instagram story today. It was revealed that Reigns is rated at 96 and is tied with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. The Tribal Chief was initially upset about the rating and took exception to being told that he was tied for the highest rated on the active roster and wanted to know who was rated higher than him.

After Reigns was informed that legends in the game were rated higher than him, he claimed it was trash before admitting he was fine with the rating because it was his college football number.

The Prince and Dominik Mysterio engaged in a heated backstage argument on the February 21, 2025, episode of RAW. Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez stepped in before things could escalate, telling Balor to handle the business during Dirty Dom's singles match against Bron Breakker.

The current Intercontinental Champion secured a win over Mysterio via disqualification when Finn Balor and Carlito attacked him. Even though The Judgment Day trio outnumbered Bron Breakker, the latter neutralized the heel group. Just as Balor tried to enter the ring with a steel chair, The Dog of WWE was prepared for the former Universal Champion, and the two men had an intense face-off. Fans may have missed that Finn Balor and the company teased the return of “The Demon King” character after nearly two years.

FROM THE RUMOR MILL

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez made history in Monday's RAW main event. The Judgment Day members became the first-ever three-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champions by dethroning Bianca Belair and Naomi, who recently replaced the injured Cargill. WrestleMania plans for all five women remain up in the air, but rumors are running rampant within the WWE Universe, and a new report connected the title change to another massive angle.

The Miracle Kid and Big Mami Cool are expected to be pushed as champions all the way into WrestleMania 41, with the competition immediately picking up. PWInsider added that the title change was planned a while back, to give the heel duo a strong push after the rivalry with Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley, which ended with Morgan and Rodriguez coming up short against The Eradicator.
