SMACKDOWN SYNOPSIS
John Cena was spotted earlier today in Morroco, where he's reportedly filming a new movie while on hiatus from WWE and was seen wearing a leather jacket. More importantly, the infamous bald spot that CM Punk made fun of a few weeks ago has now seemingly disappeared.
Cena was once well-known for his jorts and for making WWE fans' wishes come true, but this leather jacket could be a sign of things to come for the star who could now claim that The Rock was the man who fixed his bald spot as a token of his gratitude.
 Paul Heyman showed up on Friday Night SmackDown to make a major announcement about Roman Reigns. The show emanated from the Olimpic Arena in Barcelona, Spain. The Wiseman entered the squared circle to address The OTC's return last week on Monday Night RAW. However, the veteran started by speaking about WWE 2K25's release and stated that it was “Roman Reigns Day” as The OTC was on the cover of the much-awaited video game. Heyman then fired shots at Seth Rollins and CM Punk. Paul Heyman further shed light on The Head of the Table's next SmackDown appearance. He announced that Reigns would be on the blue brand's show next week at the Unipol Arena in Bologna, Italy. |  There were a lot of major matches on SmackDown in Barcelona, including the in-ring return of Randy Orton in 2025, a huge tag team match featuring The New Bloodline against LA Knight, Jimmy Uso, and Braun Strowman, and a clash of titans between Damian Priest and Shinsuke Nakamura. DIY also put their WWE Tag Team Title on the line against The Street Profits. The WWE Tag Team Title match headlined the show, and DIY was dethroned by The Street Profits, who have now won the tag team title for the first time since January 2021, after four years. |

Brock Lesnar has been absent from a couple of WWE for years now and the controversy surrounding the Janel Grant lawsuit has seen speculation that he could be done with the company for good. However, the star is still listed as part of the roster and has not been erased, which may be a good sign as to his future.
On top of that, Triple H has mentioned that should Lesnar choose to return, then WWE would be open to discussing it. Now, Brock Lesnar was spotted in Virginia Beach with his wife, former WWE star Sable. PWInsider has now reported the real reason for their presence in the city.
