Brock Lesnar's WWE return stands quite uncertain under the present circumstances. The Beast Incarnate last appeared in the promotion in a bout against Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam 2023, which he lost to put Cody over. He was slated to return at Royal Rumble 2024, but things turned upside down for the superstar when Janel Grant's lawsuit alleged impropriety on the part of Vince McMahon. It also alluded to the involvement of Lesnar.

Now, there is a bigger heartbreaking news for all the Lesnar fans. Their champ might have already retired, and it has come straight from the horse's mouth, although the source is not quite official.A fan on social media raised eyebrows recently when he revealed his recent interaction with Lesnar, where the 47-year-old superstar supposedly spoke on his wrestling status. The fan said that he asked Lesnar about his return to WWE, to which The Beast replied that he had retired from in-ring competition and wouldn't be back in the Stamford-based promotion anytime soon. However, the post has now been deleted and therefore one can't verify the authenticity of the tweet.

One of Cena's big claims to fame outside of WWE in recent years has been his role as DC's "Peacemaker" - a character who can sometimes be good and sometimes be bad, acting as both hero and villain. He loves peace so much that he is willing to use violent methods to achieve it.

Since the release of The Suicide Squad a few years ago, this has been the role for which Cena is best known, and it has led to its own successful TV show. The show will be getting a second season, and he took to X/Twitter to promote it.

Stephanie McMahon sent a message to Rhea Ripley after the latter was praised by WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin. The Eradicator was recently a guest on Stephanie's Places. Meanwhile, Ripley is feuding with IYO SKY and Bianca Belair and was unsuccessful in her latest attempt to dethrone SKY of the Women's World Championship. The match was officiated by Belair, who, alongside the champion, was taken out by The Eradicator at the end.

On X/Twitter, Stephanie McMahon shared a clip of Stone Cold Steve Austin praising Ripley and sent a message to the 28-year-old superstar who appeared on her show recently.

FROM THE RUMOR MILL

This week on SmackDown, a fierce promo battle between Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton garnered a lot of attention. Both women had harsh words for each other, and towards the end of the segment, things took an ugly turn when Stratton and Flair took shots at each other's dating lives.

According to Wrestling Observer, a source near Tiffy, revealed The Queen was the one, who went off script first and Stratton just retaliated.WWE Women’s Champion rolled out of the ring to avoid things getting worse. That said, the heat between them is brewing, and the source noted that Charlotte has more heat than Tiffany backstage. However, the stance is that neither of them was right in not sticking to the script as decided by Triple H and his creative team.

WHAT COULD BE NEXT?

Things didn't work well for SmackDown GM Nick Aldis last Friday night when he told Randy Orton that he would have no match at WrestleMania 41, following Kevin Owens' injury. The Prizefighter announced that a serious neck injury forced him to miss WrestleMania 41, and the match with Randy Orton was called off. KO said he would need surgery, and there was no timetable for his return.

Once his promo was over, The Viper came to the ring and was visibly upset after Nick Aldis told him that he would have no match at The Showcase of the Immortals. The 14-time world champion's frustration led to an RKO on Nick Aldis.

With WrestleMania just a couple of weeks away, fans expect Cena and Rhodes to come face-to-face once again on WWE RAW. However, the 16-time World Champion is not advertised for any more RAW and SmackDown shows before WrestleMania 41.

In addition to that, the American Nightmare Cody Rhodes has been advertised to return on SmackDown this week, which makes it clear that he won't be present on RAW this week. With neither man available, it seems like the WrestleMania main event stars are now set to come face-to-face directly when the bell rings in Las Vegas.
