The Beast Incarnate has not been part of WWE Creative since he was alluded to in the lawsuit filed by former employee Janel Grant against Vince McMahon. The 47-year-old stalwart wasn't officially named until last month.
Lesnar has since allegedly broken his silence regarding his status, stating, “We'll see.” The last time fans saw the former Universal Champion in a WWE ring was at SummerSlam 2023, the night he passed the proverbial torch to the reigning Undisputed Champion, Cody Rhodes. He had a full beard and was rocking a ponytail during his last run. This became more apparent when he was seen growing his hair out amid his WWE hiatus. Another photo of Brock Lesnar has surfaced on the internet, where he can be seen sporting a goatee. He seems to have trimmed his beard, making him look younger than his age.
 On the October 27, 2024, tapings of TNA Impact, Chris Bey suffered a serious neck injury during his match against The Hardys that left him motionless in the middle of the ring. He was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. The doctors told him there was very little chance of him wrestling again. However, he has been doing much better since then and even posted a video of himself walking again last month. During a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, Chris Bey explained what went through his mind when he heard the doctor's initial diagnosis. He also recalled how CM Punk motivated him to get better and return to the ring. |  John Cena won the Men's Elimination Chamber match at the premium live event, and following the contest, Cena sold his soul to The Rock and brutally attacked Cody Rhodes with The Final Boss and Travis Scott. Sportskeeda's senior editor, Bill Apter, exclusively spoke to John Sr. a few days after the heel turn, and the former wrestling manager was not fond of people asking him about what had happened. He added that he was "tired" of fetching questions about his son. Fast forward to a couple of weeks, the 80-year-old revealed to Justin Barrasso on Substack that he was surprised by the heel turn. He had no idea that it would happen and was as shocked as everybody was at the time. |

Monday's episode of RAW emanated from Brussels, Belgium. Cena came out to start the show and explained why he went to the dark side. Rhodes made his way to the ring and challenged the number one contender to find the real “John Cena” because that's who he wanted to face at WrestleMania 41.
Speaking on a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that something was going on behind the curtains, which is why The Rock wasn't mentioned at all.
